Welcome to a compassionate space where your journey towards mental, emotional and interpersonal well-being will begin to unfold. I am here to support you on your path towards awakening, healing and growth!

What to expect in the beginning

In the first few sessions I invite you to start unpacking your story. Feel free to share as much or as little as you like. There is no right or wrong way to get started. We'll go over what brings you to therapy and how I can help.

Focus Areas

Below are some of the more prominent subjects that emerge in therapy. Beyond these areas of expertise, I have experience working with many other client concerns. Please feel free to reach out here if you have any questions about these topics or want to ask about other topics I may be experienced in.

My approach to therapy is rooted in Schema Therapy, AEDP and EMDR. Through these therapies, we can address all of these topics and much more.

About Me

I'm from Houston and grew up in and around the city. I started my career in mental health in 2013 and started practicing therapy in 2017. I am formally trained in Schema Therapy, AEDP, and EMDR.

From anxiety to severe trauma, I'm comfortable sitting down with you to talk about anything and everything. Whether you've been hurt or caused hurt, I can walk this path with you.

I identify as a cisgender heterosexual man. I am LGBTQ-affirming and vigilant to maintain awareness of how power, privilege and whiteness may present itself in therapy.

Outside of therapy I am a photographer and watercolor artist. I have an incredible wife, two wonderful dogs and complicated attachment issues with our cat.
